
Ingredients
Pre-soaked sea cucumber 1 piece, eggs 2 pieces, garnish with chopped scallions and sesame oil 1/2 tbsp, seasoning salt and steamed fish soy sauce 1 tbsp.
Preparation
Slice the sea cucumber into pieces. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and mix well. Add warm water to the beaten eggs in a 1:1 ratio, mixing until combined. Strain the egg mixture to remove foam for a smoother texture. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, poke small holes for steam circulation.
Cooking
Steam the egg mixture in a steamer over high heat. Once boiling, reduce to medium heat and steam for 10-15 minutes. Remove the plastic wrap, place the sea cucumber slices on the steamed eggs, and steam for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Finishing
Drizzle steamed fish soy sauce and sesame oil over the dish. Garnish with chopped scallions. Serve warm.
