Customer(s) acknowledges and agrees that Golden Road Australia can vary the applicable delivery postage rates at any time with notice given and/or from time to time and/or during special events as per the variation rates that are passed on by Delivery Service Providers engaged by Golden Road Australia. Applicable delivery postage rates variation notice shall be deemed given when the updated delivery postage rates are posted on Golden Road Australia website.
Customer(s) is responsible to ensure the delivery and contact information provided at order(s) checkout are correct. Examples of delivery and contact information can be and not limited to eg. Name, Delivery address and Contact details etc.
Customer(s) is responsible to contact Golden Road Australia as soon as practicable if any delivery and contact information provided at order(s) checkout are incorrect once it is discovered.
Any order(s) sent to Customer(s) which is refused or undeliverable because of incorrect delivery and contact information will be charged the applicable delivery postage rates including the return delivery postage rates back to Golden Road Australia. Additional delivery postage rates will be charged if Customer(s) requests for order(s) to be re-directed.
Golden Road Australia will not be responsible for any incorrect or failed order(s) delivery due to incorrect delivery and contact information and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel order(s) at our sole discretion and in some instances may issue a return or refund in accordance with the local law.
