In the event where there are concerns that Customer(s) order(s) has been lost/damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of Customer(s) to contact Golden Road Australia as soon as practicable so Golden Road Australia can investigate the issue. During the investigation, Golden Road Australia makes no representations as to the responsibility or liability for any order(s) that are presumed to be lost/damaged in transit. If order(s) is found to be lost/damaged in transit after investigation, Customer(s) acknowledges that Golden Road Australia liability is limited to the amount of any compensation that are recoverable from Delivery Service Providers after deducting reasonable costs of investigation and/if applying any compensation required by local law.
