
Ingredients
Pre-soaked sea cucumber 1-3 pieces depending on preference, millet adjusted according to the number of servings, ginger slices 3-4 pieces, goji berries to taste, salt and MSG optional.
Preparation
Slice the pre-soaked sea cucumber into segments. Rinse the millet thoroughly, draining the cloudy water several times until clear.
Cooking
Add water to a pot and bring to a boil. Add the rinsed millet and stir gently to prevent sticking. After boiling, reduce to low heat and simmer. Once the porridge reaches 70-80% doneness (grains have softened and liquid thickens), add the sea cucumber slices, ginger slices, and goji berries. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Seasoning
Add salt and optional MSG to taste. Stir well and serve.
