Ingredients
12 sea cucumbers (pre-soaked and cut into pieces), half a black chicken (skin removed, chopped), 34 red dates (pitted), 10 goji berries, 3 slices of ginger, adequate amount of water
Preparation
1. Blanch the black chicken to remove impurities, and slice the pre-soaked sea cucumber.
2. Place all ingredients into a stew pot, add water.
3. Simmer on low heat for 2 hours. Season with salt before serving.
