Golden Road Australia will do our best to ensure the quality and accuracy of every order that is shipped out however, we request that Customer(s) checks their order(s) within 24 hours from receipt of order(s) due to the nature of our Products(s).
Golden Road Australia does not provide refunds or returns in the event where Customer(s) has changed their mind on Product(s) purchased.
Golden Road Australia shall only do a product exchange of an equivalent product when quality issues with Product(s) purchased has been verified due to the nature of our Product(s) therefore, we request Customer(s) to check their order(s) within 24 hours from receipt of order(s) and to contact us within 24 hours if there is any problem with Product(s) as overdue orders will not be accepted.
In the event where Customer(s) would like to raise a quality issue for product exchange of an equivalent product, please send an email to info@goldenroadaustralia.com.au with the tax invoice or proof of purchase with details of your Customer order number reference, Customer contact details and description/photos of the quality issue deemed to be present in the Product(s) purchased so a representative from Golden Road Australia can get in touch.
Product exchange of an equivalent product shall only proceed after Returns has been verified as being valid and approved for exchange by a representative of Golden Road Australia. Once approval has been validated, a representative from Golden Road Australia will get in touch to organise product exchange of an equivalent product accordingly.
In the event where the Returns of Product(s) is deemed not to present the quality issue as detailed in correspondence, Customer(s) may be charged an administration and restocking fee.
Golden Road Australia reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion and may issue a return or refund in accordance with the local law.
Customer(s) is responsible to check Product(s) carefully when received before opening Product(s) packaging as Golden Road Australia will not accept Returns once Product(s) packaging has been opened due to the nature of Golden Road Australia Product(s).
Customer(s) is responsible to ensure Returns of Product(s) is unmarked, in a saleable condition with the original packaging retained and with the tax invoice and/or delivery document where applicable. Product(s) with the original packaging discarded, opened, marked or is partially consumed or used will be ineligible as Returns for a product exchange of an equivalent product.
Customer(s) agrees that Returns will not proceed without first informing Golden Road Australia and having obtain the approval to return from a duly authorised representative from Golden Road Australia.
Customer(s) acknowledges and agrees that any freight, delivery postage rates, shipping costs and other charges associated with Returns of Product(s) for a product exchange of an equivalent product are the responsibility of the Customer. There will be no refund on the original delivery postage rates and/or return delivery postage rates unless an error or incorrect items were sent.
Golden Road Australia reserves the right to refuse or cancel order(s) at our sole discretion and in some instances may issue a return or refund in accordance with the local law.
