
Ingredients
Pre-soaked sea cucumber (1 piece, finely chopped), minced pork or beef 50g, children’s pasta 50g, 1 tomato (or 2 tablespoons of kid-friendly tomato sauce), 1 tsp each of finely chopped carrot and onion, 1 tsp olive oil.
Preparation
Boil the pasta with a small amount of olive oil to prevent sticking. Drain and set aside.
Cooking
Heat olive oil in a pan, saut onion and carrot until fragrant. Add minced meat and stir until browned, then add chopped sea cucumber and stir-fry together. Add diced tomato or tomato sauce, simmer on low until thickened (add a little water if it gets too dry). Optionally, add a small pinch of salt for taste (not recommended for children under 3).
Mixing
Add the cooked pasta into the sauce, stir until evenly coated. Serve warm.
